   My family and myself have owned G.S.D.s since 1967. I have been showing and breeding in my own right for 28 years. I also judge the breed. My husband, Trevor, has been in the breed for many years before we got together in 1993 and we have had considerable success since then with our dogs. We show and breed from our dogs, but most of all they are our friends, although they all have kennels they spend all of their days with us.....roaming free. They range in age from 10 months to 10 years. We have all our breeding dogs scored for hips etc through the BVA/KC scheme and our Males are Haemophilia tested and we have an excellent record for hip scores including 2 scores of 0.0. All of our dogs are breed from German lines. We breed primarily for good temperaments as we believe there may be the odd show puppy in the litter but most go to  pet homes where GOOD characters are paramount.

  A prior success came to us in 2006 when our now CHAMPION MIRRWOOD SCHIFO @ REYANHEATH won BEST German Shepherd Male and the Challenge Certificate at CRUFTS. On the 27th April 2008 Schifo gained his third and crowning C.C. at W.E.L.K.S. under Judge Gary Gray and now we are proud to say he is our first CHAMPION here at REYANHEATH. Schifo is also a Stud Dog for the Guide Dogs for the Blind."

   In 1979 we established REYANHEATH German Shepherd Dogs.  I bought my first German Shepherd from Graeme Wood of the ROHANWOOD Kennel.   This young man was the son of 'Falk vom Edelflor' and his mother was a TRAMELLA bred bitch,  COUGAR aka REYANES CRUSADER will always have a fond place in our hearts.

  Jaguar (REYANNES COMMANDER) was the first German Shepherd I bred myself for the show ring,  my friend Angie and I have lots of fun travailing the country showing him. 

  When applying for an affix with the "Kennel Club" my first choice, obviously was 'REYANNES', already having 2 dogs with this in there name made it the obvious choice, but the Kennel Club in there infinite wisdom declined this.  'REYANHEATH' derived from 'Ann Reynolds' and 'Heath Farm' (my address) was created and approved.

  In 1995 I married Trevor, we have known each other since the early eighties when he used to handle Bodie, (REYANHEATH DROSCHKE) a son of Vorlich Justice.

  We both have judged but now prefer to exhibit.  We have a breeding program focusing on type and temperament.
